RULES FOR REFERRAL POLICY

Dear Members,

Important Referral Rules

1. Come in person to sign the out of work list during the specified times below.
2. Call the dispatcher when you return you work.
3. You must update your name on the list every 90 days while you are unemployed.
4. Your name will be removed from the referral list for the following reasons:
   a. If you do not update your name within 90 days
   b. If you have been dispatched to contractors
   c. If you are on a job for eleven (11) days
   d. If you refuse two (2) consecutive referrals.
5. Be available between 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., also between 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. These are also the times available to sign the out of work list.
