Laborers International Union of North America founded
on April 13, 1903 is represented by over 750,000 men and women in
the areas of Building Trades and Heavy and Highway Construction.
Laborers Local
500 chartered on October 20, 1919 represents over 1,200 men and
women in the areas of Building Trades Construction within the counties
of Lucas, Wood Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams and throughout
the state of Ohio under the Heavy and Highway Agreement administered
by the Ohio Laborers' District Council.

Laborers’
Local 500 JATC is accepting applications for their Apprenticeship
Program at Laborers Local 500 located at 2270 Ashland Ave., Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
– 4:00 p.m.
All applicants
must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, must have
a high school diploma or GED, be physically able to perform work
of the trade, and have a valid ID. Proof of these documents must
be brought by each individual in order to complete the applications.
We encourage all high school graduates, women, minorities and veterans
